Best Buddies International seeks a Senior, Program Manager to lead strategic growth of school and community Friendship Programs. You will train chapter leaders, guide program certification, and support volunteers to expand engagement with IDD individuals.

Key duties include managing programs, overseeing events, collaborating with schools and corporate partners, and tracking progress to ensure mission standards are met. Some travel and evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years relevant experience in volunteer/committee management.
• Experience managing, driving, and motivating volunteers for program development and events.
• Strong project management skills, planning, analysis, and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop programmatic trainings and resources to promote awareness and engagement.
• Facilitate rollout of new program initiatives and changes to current initiatives.
• Directly manage programs as needed and oversee volunteer committees.
• Identify schools and corporations to start Best Buddies chapters for youth and adults.
• Support recruitment efforts in school programs for transition and employment participants.
