Job summary

The Clean Fight in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to design, manage and execute core programming across current and future initiatives. You will source startups, coordinate selection, manage partners, plan events, and identify commercial and funding opportunities while serving as a key contact for cohort companies.

The role operates in a flexible hybrid model with two in-person days per week in Midtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in accelerators or growth-stage environments (startups, sales, partnerships, etc.).
• Experience leading multi-month programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong track record supporting entrepreneurs and building ecosystems.
• Ability to coordinate and execute large events with partners and vendors.
• Lean, fast-paced project management in a nonprofit/energy context valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of The Clean Fight’s program(s) in collaboration with the Program and Partnerships teams.
• Support strategic program planning and design of new initiatives; build program roadmaps.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of cohort startups and partners.
• Manage relationships with customer partners, ecosystem organizations, and funders.
• Coordinate external meetings and follow-ups to advance program objectives.
• Organize and execute in-person and virtual events.
• Build an expert network to support startups in the program lifecycle.
