Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead classified programs and develop a team of program managers within the Global Networks Business Area. The role includes proposal development, strategic planning, customer engagement, and overall program performance across cost, schedule, and risk.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive business objectives, and ensure compliance with policies and government regulations while maintaining strong communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with 10+ years.
• 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer-facing, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its application.
• Experience with IMS planning, data input/output, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own cost, schedule, resourcing, contractual compliance, and technical performance for multiple programs.
• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, including design, development, integration, test, and production.
• Conduct regular program reviews covering earned value, cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management.
• Lead briefings for senior leaders and customers with comprehensive status reporting and metrics.
• Mentor Lead Program Managers and cross-functional program teams.
