Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager for Center Operations to lead day-to-day CBPH/CSTS operations from its Rockledge/Bethesda location.

This role drives strategic initiatives, ensures contract compliance, and coordinates with USU and sponsors. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience; a Master's, PMP, or MBA is preferred, plus strong budgeting and leadership capabilities in a federal research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• More than ten years of experience.
• PMP or MBA preferred.
• Budgeting and financial management experience; DoW acquisition familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for CBPH/CSTS.
• Ensure contractual compliance, reporting milestones, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with USU, HJF, and sponsors to execute actions on CBPH/CSTS projects.
• Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and hiring guidance.
• Develop and manage program plans from inception to deployment.
