Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead the execution of multiple complex federal contract funded programs, ensuring strict compliance with FAR and contractual requirements while delivering on cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and managing large federal contracts.
• Strong communication, planning, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full lifecycle compliance with FAR and agency contracts.
• Lead large, complex federal contract funded programs.
• Interface with Contracting Officer Representatives.
• Oversee program financial performance and risk management.
• Guide Project Managers and technical staff to meet contract goals and milestones.
• Identify interdependencies and allocate resources accordingly.
• Support proposal development and capture of new opportunities.
