You will lead hiring, budget oversight, contracting, and compliance, while guiding strategy from inception to deployment and fostering cross‑unit collaboration across centers and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred in business administration or related field.
• More than ten years of program management experience.
• PMP or MBA preferred.
• Autonomy to execute the Center’s mission and vision.
• Knowledge of organizational objectives, federal budget process, and fiscal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate information flow between stakeholders and lead agreements, contracts, and compliance activities.
• Initiate and monitor program actions, including award issuance, budget tracking, subawards, purchasing, and reporting milestones.
• Lead hiring, performance evaluations, and career development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with grant awards, contract requirements, and DoW regulations.
• Contribute to strategic planning, relationship building, and program plan development from inception to deployment.
• Collaborate with strategic initiatives, business development, and partner‑pool growth.
• Analyze cost and pricing data, prepare contract proposals, and interact with awards offices.
• Maintain SOPs specific to CSTS processes.
• Manage space, lease agreements, and rent payments for CSTS.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
