Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Capability Integration team within the Mission Capabilities group. The role involves guiding mission engineering, SBEs, and architecture development to close critical capability gaps for government customers.

The position requires onsite work with travel and TS/SCI eligibility considerations. Crystal City, VA preferred, with other US locations requiring access to secured spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mission Architecture, Mission Engineering, or Model-Based Systems Engineering in Aerospace/Defense.
• Experience in System-of-Systems thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams.
• Excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills; ability to engage with senior executives.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations and functions.
• Experience developing plans, schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments for complex efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantifiable, mission-driven analyses to inform strategic investment decisions and roadmaps for government customers.
• Oversee multi-domain mission engineering and architecture development/assessment connecting capabilities to mission gaps.
• Drive MBSE adoption and MEIA framework across the enterprise and grow its community of practice.
