Job summary

Assertive Professionals is seeking a Program Manager to support a National Security Customer in Springfield, VA. This onsite role offers competitive benefits, including PTO, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and a $1,200 annual compliance bonus. A $2,000 signing bonus or relocation assistance may be offered.

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000, with leave accrual and lengthy federal holiday schedule. Extensive experience in DoD/NGA programs and PMO leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Poly.
• 12 years of total work experience.
• 8 years of demonstrated specialized experience as a Program Manager in cost, schedule, performance and risk management.
• PM/PMO related certifications or equivalent specialized experience with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, financial, schedule and risk management guidance to the project, program or PMO.
• Support drafting interagency agreements and related documents.
• Link POM and Budget Planning with Budget Execution and Control.
• Provide programmatic risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cost estimates and technical scope with PMO and teams.
• Interface with NGA areas and end users to identify and mitigate risks and manage budgets.
• Support NGA Management in strategic planning, business development and IT engineering.
