U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale program delivery across a complex portfolio, partnering across business and technology to ensure aligned outcomes.

You will drive governance, provide executive-ready reporting, and orchestrate cross-functional delivery with product, tech and operations. In this role, you’ll influence without formal authority, manage dependencies, and maintain a forward-looking roadmap that ties to frontline banking priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives at scale.
• Lead program governance with clear accountability and decision frameworks.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Establish a consistent governance cadence across stakeholders and forums.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and mitigate delivery challenges.
• Maintain a consolidated roadmap aligned to business priorities, especially for branch and small business domains.
• Own and evolve program planning routines (quarterly and multi-horizon).
• Facilitate backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, and initiative sequencing.
• Ensure resources, capacity, and timelines align with strategic priorities.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of program execution and dependencies.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, SharePoint hygiene and organizational standards compliance.
