Responsibilities

• Work with business partners and stakeholders to create initial program/resource plans and governance.
• Define milestones and timelines to support workplan buildout.
• Track progress, issues, risks, and budgets; report status to management.
• Manage multiple cross-divisional programs and workstreams.
• Document change control activities and task tracking for programs.
• Host governance forums and drive decisions and action items.
