Job summary

U.S. Bank's Branch and Small Business Banking Platforms & Capabilities team seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale delivery, governance, and strategic alignment across a complex portfolio.

This senior IC will partner with product, technology, and business teams to ensure scalable, user-friendly banker tools. You will influence without authority, manage cross-functional work, and provide executive-ready reporting on milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent initiatives.
• Lead program governance with accountability, structure, and decision frameworks across initiatives.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Maintain a consolidated roadmap aligned to business priorities, especially across branch and small business domains.
• Identify and manage cross-program dependencies and anticipate delivery challenges.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint hygiene for traceability and reporting.
