ATCC is hiring a Program Manager II in Gaithersburg, MD to oversee complex, high-profile biotechnology programs for government contracts. The role focuses on integrated planning, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring schedule, cost, and technical performance deliverables.

Responsibilities include leading teams through all program phases, communicating with sponsors and senior management, and driving process improvements to support growth and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's 8y, PhD 5y, HS 16y).
• Experience managing complex programs across multiple contracts with scope, deliverables, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, execution, and completion of integrated plans for complex programs.
• Establish and oversee budgets, resources, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Communicate with sponsors, customers, and senior management; report on status and risks.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve program goals and compliance.
• Translate long-term objectives into actionable tasks and processes.
• Provide cross-functional coordination across teams and contracts.
