Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration to oversee outreach, shelter, housing, and community-based programs across Arizona.

The role includes supervising managers, ensuring contract compliance, and driving program outcomes while developing staff and implementing training plans. The position partners with the finance team on grant management and budgeting, and represents CBI to expand partnerships and the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outreach and engagement experience in behavioral health.
• 1–3 years of grant writing, program development, or grant monitoring.
• Six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• CBI policies and procedures and Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration is responsible for overseeing the outreach, shelter, housing and/or community-based programs in their defined area. This individual will directly supervise the management level staff over these specific programs. They will be responsible for ensuring the programs maintain compliance with contract requirements, meet productivity requirements, and achieve program defined outcomes. This position will be responsible for the development of their assigned managers and staff including creating training plans to address trends in gaps of care. Primary responsibilities include working with managers on the review of innovative approach to service delivery and guiding them through implementation, working in partnership with the CBI finance department on grant management and budget tracking, and monitoring for program compliance. In addition, the Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration will represent Community Bridges within the community, seeking out new partnerships and funding opportunities to expand the Community Bridges continuum and improve the system of care. The Associate Director will be the liaison for the CBI Patient Centered Medical Homes, Crisis, and Inpatient units streamlined connection to the Housing and Community Integration resources and knowledge.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities required.
• Must have 1-3 years of grant writing experience, program development and/or grant monitoring.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Peer Certification (if applicable)
