Job summary

NorthCare is seeking an experienced supervisor for our outpatient treatment team serving children, families and adults. This role leads clinical staff, ensures adherence to evidence-based practices, and manages documentation and training within the department.

You will coordinate intakes, assessments and treatment plans, supervise staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Local travel and driving license verification are required.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma licensure in a mental health discipline or board-approved supervision for licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field; case manager 2 certification may be considered.
• 2 years’ experience in human services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned outpatient program staff and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Provide training on documentation, treatment plans, and credentialing requirements.
• Oversee intake, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharges.
• Maintain clinical records timely and in line with funding and accreditation requirements.
• Support crisis counseling, care coordination, and collaboration with senior supervisors.
