Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Program Manager III to lead behavioral health promotion and prevention initiatives in Anchorage. The role oversees complex programs, guides grant applications, manages budgets, and coordinates with internal teams to advance ANTHC's mission.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of program management experience, including supervisory responsibilities, with travel across Alaska as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline relevant to the scope of this position.
• Five years professional work experience relevant to the programs.
• Two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee implementation and ongoing administration of major programs.
• Coordinate with finance for timely budget reporting and contract administration.
• Develop program objectives and metrics aligned with division goals.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance coaching.
• Travel frequently within Alaska and beyond as needed.
