Job summary

ANTHC in Anchorage seeks a Program Manager to oversee administrative programs and advance health services for Alaska Native communities. Under limited supervision you will plan and manage budgets, grants, and reporting.

You will lead staff, coordinate with divisions and external partners, develop program goals and metrics, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; frequent Alaska travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public health education principles and practice.
• Experience coordinating programs, tracking progress and evaluations.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee administration of programs aligned with ANTHC mission.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and grant coordination and reporting.
• Draft, edit and develop grant applications and budgets.
• Produce progress and financial reports; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Lead or support staff development, training and performance coaching.
• Develop program objectives and metrics linked to division goals.
• Coordinate with finance for timely and accurate financial reporting.
