Job summary

Forward Majority is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Battleground Voter Project. This role will oversee third‑party voter registration drives in targeted state legislative districts and report to the Deputy National Director.

The position is remote, full-time with benefits, with travel up to 30–40% in election years. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and a 401(k) match. Temporary through January 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in field campaigns or related orgs.
• Experience managing staff to hit goals.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics in the space.
• Familiarity with VAN, Blocks, Excel/Sheets, Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% in election years.
• Commitment to expanding Democratic power in state legislatures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party voter registration drives in targeted states.
• Own strategic planning in up to two program states.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, and partner reporting.
• Review partner budgets and ensure alignment with FM budgets.
• Maintain transparent relationships with field partners.
• Track KPIs and quality control for partner programs.
• Lead weekly partner calls and remediation planning.
• Conduct site visits to coach partners on registration and QC.
• Develop trainings in target states and manage external relationships.
• Advise on strategic and funding decisions in targeted states.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
