Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) seeks a Program Manager III to lead transformative, cross-functional initiatives that connect business needs with technology across Amazon's global talent ecosystem.

You'll bridge business requirements and technical delivery, define success metrics, manage workback plans, and communicate progress to senior leadership and stakeholders while driving operational improvements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Refine and champion AUTA top-of-funnel state and interview scheduling across technical, program, and recruiting teams.
Lead end-to-end program management of complex cross-functional initiatives with clear success criteria.
Prioritize AUTA needs and ensure tech solutions meet diverse user persona requirements.
Create and maintain project information; communicate progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to improve operational efficiency in recruitment.
