Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is actively interviewing for a Program Manager III on a 06+ months contract with long-term potential. The role is remote in the U.S. and focuses on audit-readiness, regulatory coordination, and nonclinical compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management, a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and healthcare/regulatory experience. Prior audit coordination experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
• Regulatory/compliance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual audit-readiness workplans.
• Coordinate regulatory, quality, internal, and mock audit activities.
• Manage audit calendars, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate audit preparation meetings and practice sessions.
• Coordinate audit logistics, including meeting rooms and command-center setup.
• Manage attendee lists, schedules, and audit-day support.
• Maintain remediation action-plan trackers and monitor corrective-action progress.
• Track compliance issues and associated corrective actions.
• Inventory and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Review new state and federal regulatory requirements and coordinate implementation.
• Support vendor corrective-action plans and monitor delegated commitments.
• Maintain annual training inventories and schedules.
