Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of auditing/compliance experience in healthcare, PBM, or related field.
• Strong understanding of audits, internal controls, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization's audit program and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate regulatory, client, vendor, internal, and other audits.
• Develop audit plans, timelines, and evidence requests; maintain centralized documentation.
