Job summary

Habitat Health, a remote-first provider expanding PACE-based care for older adults, is seeking a Compliance Manager (Audit). You will oversee CMS and SAA audits, coordinating with leadership to ensure preparedness and effective response.

You will manage audit readiness, live audits, and action plans, while building relationships across departments and traveling up to 30% as needed to support regulatory activities. Strong RN credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare audit or related field.
• Experience with CMS/SAA audits preferred.
• Ability to lead with influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit readiness activities for CMS and SAA audits.
• Manage live audits and corrective action plans.
• Provide CMS audit data trends and risk mitigation guidance.
• Provide regular audit metrics to senior leadership.
• Recommend updates to audit work plans based on findings.
• Collaborate with Population Health and Practice Operations teams on audit impacts.
• Represent the compliance program within Habitat Health.
• Travel up to 30% as needed for regulatory audits.
