Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex projects or programs with scope, schedule, budget and risk accountability.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve work outcomes.
• Strong financial and data literacy with clear analyses and insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365; Excel and BI/automation tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery; tailor approach.
• Provide concise reporting for sponsors, governance, Finance, and senior leaders.
• Develop and improve tools and dashboards for actionable information.
• Identify and pilot responsible AI-enabled workflows and automation.
