Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-impact People and business initiatives by identifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable people solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning.
• Develop governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and accelerate execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, simplifying ways of working, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate program health using data and insights, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
