Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Analytics, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years leading teams delivering advisory outcomes.
• Experience in Fortune 100 environments preferred.
• Proven success driving analytics adoption with measurable impact.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, prompts, and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior People leaders and Centers of Excellence.
• Own adoption and value realization for Workforce Intelligence solutions.
• Drive stakeholder understanding and AI-enabled decision support adoption.
• Interface between business stakeholders and analytics teams.
