Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager to oversee AI infrastructure and GPU delivery initiatives. You will translate complex requirements into execution plans, drive governance, and deliver multiple programs end-to-end, coordinating across Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, and Ops.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years leading large cross-functional programs.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent programs and manage risks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration for strategic initiatives.
• PM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of AI infra and GPU delivery programs.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, risks, and owners.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Cloud, Networking, and Ops.
• Establish governance forums, reviews, and executive planning sessions.
• Monitor fleet readiness, deployment progress, and service reliability.
• Create executive dashboards for program health, KPIs, and finances.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and long-term resolution verification.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and data-driven decisions.
