Job summary

You will collaborate with product teams to diagnose and fix customer issues while supporting scalable AI workloads across thousands of GPUs.

The role requires a strong background in operating systems, networks, and high‑performance computing, with 4+ years of delivering large‑scale production systems.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
• Deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and high‑performance applications
• 4+ years’ experience delivering and operating large‑scale production systems (1000+ server instances)
• Proficient in one programming language (Java/Python/C/C++/Go/Shell scripting)

Responsibilities

• Working closely with product teams to debug and resolve customer issues
