Job summary

Oracle’s AI Infrastructure organization is seeking a software leader to build out and operate large-scale GPU cluster systems. The role focuses on low-level drivers, firmware exposure, and scalable architecture, with hands-on deep dives and collaboration across agile teams.

As Career Level - M5, you will guide multiple teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure top-quality delivery for AI workloads and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing Software Engineering teams.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and strategy for the software org.
• Establish and develop the organization to meet and execute on strategy.
