Qualifications

• 12+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform, cloud, and sensor teams; provide executive updates on initiatives.
• Lead architecture and build-system discussions to resolve dependencies and trade-offs.
• Create and drive schedules for sensor platform initiatives with cross-portfolio coordination.
• Communicate goals and deliverables across worldwide teams to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Track status and escalate critical infrastructure issues to drive resolution.
