Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale sensor foundations platform projects. You will combine traditional programme leadership with AI-enhanced workflows, guiding platform and cloud engineering across geo locations in the US and Europe.

This role blends hands-on management of 100+ engineers with building AI-powered dashboards, integrating Jira, GitLab, and monitoring tools to surface insights and drive decisive action.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing complex platform engineering programs with 100+ engineers.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineering, cloud engineering, and sensor core teams and provide executive updates.
• Lead project delivery schedules and manage portfolio phases across all groups.
• Identify, explain, and communicate goals, expectations, and deliverables across units.
• Track status and ensure schedules for sensor releases, infrastructure scaling and improvements.
• Coach distributed teams and drive executable outcomes across the organization.
