CCC in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority programs across delivery lifecycles, including Agile Release Train and SAFe practices. The role combines hands-on delivery ownership with mentorship to peers and engagement with senior stakeholders.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and RAID, drive process improvements, and coordinate distributed teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Info Sci/SE/Business or related field.
• 6–9+ years of progressive PM experience.
• Lean-Agile certification required; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience across software lifecycle and multiple delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial commitments.
• Proficient with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace; technical background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-priority programs and concurrent projects of varying scope and duration, defining delivery strategies, priorities, governance structures, and execution plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, forecasts, and RAID frameworks, proactively addressing risks, financial variances, competing priorities, and delivery challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project management methodologies, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe, Lean-Agile, PMI, and other relevant practices to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing executive-level reporting, managing expectations, resolving competing priorities, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Lead change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying systemic challenges, implementing process enhancements, and contributing to GPMO standards, governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Oversee delivery coordination across internal, external, and geographically distributed teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, effective communication, and consistent execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales and commercial delivery activities, where applicable, including statements of work (SOWs), RFI/RFP responses, project scoping, contract alignment, and financial oversight.
• Mentor and coach junior project management professionals, contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and professional development, and actively participate in GPMO improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
