Job summary

CVS Health in Lincoln, NE is seeking an innovative leader to drive delivery on critical healthcare technology initiatives within the Aetna Enterprise Delivery team. You will oversee Scrum events, coach teams, and support the product roadmap through backlog management and prioritization.

The role requires people management, strong communication with senior leaders, and delivery of complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading teams of PMs and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• 2+ years of budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite and budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Running Programs with budgets of $10M+ comprising large projects.
• Managing Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Driving planning activities and developing reports for tracking.
• Ensuring deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interfacing with Senior leaders across the company.
• Overseeing timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitoring concurrent project lifecycles and raising issues.
• Managing projects using CVS Agile methodology and other PM practices.
• Coordinating day-to-day initiative progress with other leads.
• Defining resources and sustaining support for project goals.
• Conducting regular project reviews and status communications.
• Forecasting resources and participating in quarterly forecasts.
