Job summary

Smiths Detection in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate long-term programs, aligning scope, cost, schedule and quality with Smiths objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, sourcing and service, manage risks, and report status to executive leadership while ensuring compliance with export controls and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• PMP accreditation preferred.
• Experience in Field Service program environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver contractual and programmatic outputs across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Field Service.
• Serve as central point of contact for customer questions and interactions.
• Weekly forecasting of revenue to meet targets.
• Identify and resolve key issues; escalate as needed.
• Monitor readiness and ensure on-time deliverables within budget.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery on KPIs and improve service performance.
