Albany International Corp. seeks a senior Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team across sites, ensuring delivery of complex aerospace programs on time and within budget.

You will drive strategy, proposals, and customer alignment while coordinating with functional managers to allocate resources and manage risk. The role involves maintaining program plans, schedules, and milestones, handling escalations, and delivering robust financial reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• MBA preferred
• 7+ years of program management experience in aerospace or engineered products
• Strong program management skills focusing on quality, cost, schedule and risk mitigation
• Ability to manage both big-picture strategy and detailed execution
• Financial and business acumen including cost drivers and revenue recognition
• Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and manage difficult situations
• Strong communication across multiple levels and functions
• Technical background with aerospace deliverables; composites or advanced textiles preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a team of Program Managers with objectives and reviews.
• Lead pre-award strategy development and proposal activities; translate requirements into specs and budgets.
• Act as primary program interface with customers to align expectations with contracts and internal capabilities.
• Lead all program phases from inception to completion; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain the master project plan and program roadmap; drive milestones and schedules.
• Manage escalations related to capacity, resources, or schedule risks; escalate to senior leadership as needed.
• Define and communicate program scope and changes to maintain margins and performance.
• Create monthly financial close reporting tools for development programs and align with customer budgets.
• Drive new business development and program extensions within assigned customers and technology areas.
