Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is hiring a seasoned Program Manager for the Prime Program in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will coordinate across DT Leaders, functional partners, and RTX Enterprise Services to drive governance and delivery of multi-million dollar projects.

Based in or near Charlotte, NC, the role requires 8+ years in program management, travel about 25%, and strong experience with schedules, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree (or advanced degree) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years with a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of projects in the portfolio.
• Drive processes and cadences for scope, risk, and financial reporting across the portfolio.
• Manage program financials with controllers and financial analysts.
• Develop integrated schedules and milestone commitments with functional leads.
• Lead risk mitigations, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to deliver complex systems and services.
