You will act as the primary interface between customers and engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams, ensuring goals related to cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality are met. The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong leadership, and a technical background with familiarity in CAD systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience with NPI programs preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns project documentation flow and revisions.
• Monitors budgets, cost, margin, and revenue forecasts.
• Manages milestones from initiation to closure.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Maintains program schedule and communicates updates.
