Job summary

Jacobs in Wichita, KS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of aerospace and manufacturing capital projects for the Boeing/Spirit Program. You’ll guide planning, design, construction, and delivery while coordinating with client leadership for safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will oversee multiple project teams, drive risk management, and maintain executive relationships to ensure alignment with client objectives and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of program, project, or construction management experience.
• Experience managing large capital projects in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, aviation, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-project aerospace capital improvement program.
• Provide oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Manage project managers, construction managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and program reporting.
• Review project controls, cost forecasts, schedules, and change management activities.
• Coordinate project execution within active manufacturing and operational environments.
• Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to client leadership.
