Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Senior Scheduler to sit onsite in Wichita, KS, developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules for large aerospace capital programs. You will integrate schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and provide executive-level schedule reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years scheduling/project controls experience on large capital construction programs.
• Experience managing schedules with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale facilities (aerospace, manufacturing, aviation, etc.).
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Experience reviewing contractor CPM schedules.
• MS Project and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complete program lifecycle.
• Integrate schedules across design, procurement, permitting, construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Establish schedule hierarchy, WBS, calendars, and reporting standards.
• Perform CPM analysis to identify critical activities and risks.
• Develop schedule forecasts and communicate completion dates and milestone impacts.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate dependencies.
• Serve as schedule SME and mentor junior schedulers.
