Our PMCM team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of facility, infrastructure, and manufacturing-related projects supporting the Boeing/Spirit Program.
As the Owner's Representative, you will provide leadership across planning, design, construction, and project delivery while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage project and construction management teams, and serve as the primary interface with client leadership and key stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $185,700.00 to $255,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
