Bring 10+ years of experience in facility capital projects, preferably in manufacturing, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration with related experience.
• 10+ years of experience on facility capital improvement projects, especially in manufacturing/assembly facilities.
• Knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, project delivery, and manufacturing facility capital projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction execution for capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate activities between client stakeholders, designers, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule, and contracts.
• Conduct site walks, construction meetings, and progress reviews.
• Manage RFIs, change orders and construction risks.
• Review project schedules, reports, budgets, and contract values.
• Provide oversight of all craft trades and construction activities.
• Support planning and pre-construction through constructability reviews and execution planning.
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members.
