Qualifications

• Experience directing the efforts of acquisition logistics and earned value management specialists.
• Experience using ACAT I program integration for risk identification and mitigation and earned value status reporting.
• Manage surveillance and evaluation of the achievement of contract E&A requirements.
• Review and recommend approval of comprehensive E&A surveillance reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads team comprised of program integration and earned value management personnel and reports to Engineering/Manufacturing Group Leader in a DCMA CMO.
• Supervises personnel performing support of critical/complex Acquisition Category I system design, development, and production contracts.
• Evaluates performance of subordinates and provides advice, counsel, instruction, and decisions to subordinates.
• Leads evaluations and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical performance and shares relevant programmatic information with stakeholders.
