Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Incorporated (ACET) is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Havelock, NC to lead multiple DoD aerospace programs. You will own full P&L, manage cost and schedule, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction across up to three concurrent projects valued at $50M–$100M.

The role requires an established aerospace program leader with strong financial discipline, earned value management experience, and the ability to coordinate with Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum seven years of aerospace/defense program management experience with DoD contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and complex financials.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned aerospace programs, from transition to closeout.
• Manage up to three concurrent programs with combined values of $50M–$100M.
• Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams including subordinate Program Managers and Site Managers.
• Establish execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, and measurable milestones.
