Job summary

BCF Solutions seeks an Earned Value Program Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency Earned Value Directorate (MDA/DAV) with all aspects of Earned Value Management and program support.

The role involves analyzing cost performance data, leading EVM/IBR activities, and coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure successful program execution. A strong background in DoD acquisition programs and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS in a related field); Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of direct experience with BA/BS; 7+ years with MA/MS, including 5 years on DoD Acquisition Programs
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present complex financial topics
• Ability to organize and prioritize work; 7+ years in program management and integration environments
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and relationships

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze cost performance data reports to identify trends and deviations and recommend corrective action
• Lead Earned Value and IBR team activities, integrating cost and schedule metrics
• Oversee monthly and weekly cost, schedule, and performance reporting for a major DoD program
• Lead or conduct complex studies and quantitative analyses for stakeholders
• Review and implement financial management policies with at least 5 years EVM policy experience
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and management to ensure effective program execution
