This role is based in New York City and requires in-person attendance four days per week, with Friday remote unless client needs require otherwise. Travel may be required based on client or program needs.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and coordinate multiple program workstreams, ensuring alignment with client goals, project scope, milestones, and overall delivery requirements while independently managing day-to-day activity, priorities, risks, and follow-through
  • Manage and mentor junior staff by delegating work, providing direction, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development to ensure high-quality execution across the team
  • Own meeting management and coordination across multiple stakeholders, locations, platforms, and calendars, including scheduling, room and AV setup, virtual meeting logistics, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up
  • Oversee program tools, trackers, and reporting processes, including Smartsheet and other project tools, ensuring consistent team usage, accurate reporting, actionable analysis, and timely progression of open items, issue logs, and related trackers to closure
  • Develop and lead executive-level communications and presentations, translating complex information into clear, polished, and audience-appropriate materials that support decision-making, alignment, and effective storytelling
  • Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communications, analyses, and materials to drive alignment, manage toward consensus, and support timely and effective decision-making
  • Establish and maintain governance, scope control, and document organization protocols, including project scope due diligence, change-related coordination with the client team, and adherence to filing standards and project requirements
  • Apply current tools, methods, and change tactics to tailor delivery to client needs, while aligning team resources to program scope, priorities, and allocated hours
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, workplace change, or a related client-facing environment
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex programs or initiatives and coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior staff and leading teams toward high-quality execution

  • Strong client facilitation skills, including the ability to manage discussions, align stakeholders, and support decision-making across a wide variety of personalities and seniority levels
  • Experience with project and reporting tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of governance, scope management, document organization, and team coordination
