Bespoke Careers is seeking a Project Manager for a design-led architecture and interiors studio in San Francisco. You’ll own tenant improvement and landlord projects across the Bay Area, guiding them from concept through construction while coordinating clients, consultants, and internal teams.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires ownership, strong design intent, and the ability to keep programs on track, budgets in check, and project quality high across all phases.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in architecture/interiors.
• Strong background in workplace/commercial interiors/tenant improvement projects.
• Proven experience across all phases, including construction administration.
• Solid knowledge of Bay Area permitting and building codes.
• Confident, client-facing, and commercially aware.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a collaborative studio delivering high-quality workplace environments for leading clients and developers.

The Role:

You’ll take full ownership of projects—leading from concept through construction—while managing clients, consultants, and internal teams.

This is not a back-seat PM role. You’ll be front and center, driving delivery, maintaining design intent, and keeping projects moving commercially and technically.
