You will conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and develop reports, guidelines, and executive summaries.

Savills is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Workplace Strategist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex workplace challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
As a key member of our Workplace Strategy team, you will support a wide range of client engagements, from research and analysis through strategy development and final deliverables. You'll be expected to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to add value for both clients and the team.

Success in this role requires curiosity, accountability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in an entrepreneurial environment. This role is based in Washington, DC, and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
