Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years in program management.
• Graduate Degree and 7+ years in program management preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive rate increase plan across capacity expansion and digital manufacturing improvements.
• Model labor, equipment, and supplier capacity; optimize staffing curves and ramp profiles to reduce risk and cost.
• Coordinate supplier readiness reviews, mitigation plans and ensure sub-tier capacity aligns with program rate increases.
• Provide primary L3Harris customer interface for rate ramp activities and pursue follow-on production programs.
• Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to coordinate execution and maintain IMS and EVM compliance.
• Travel up to 25% to other L3Harris and customer sites.
