Job summary

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer, Youth Initiatives, to lead an integrated strategy aimed at improving economic mobility for youth ages 15–24 who’ve faced adversity.

The SPO will oversee a multi-year grantmaking portfolio, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with SLED and cross-functional teams to advance education-to-career pathways, housing stability, and mental health supports.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience designing and managing multi-year, multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to engage employers and labor-market partners to advance pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of the integrated Youth strategy across geographies.
• Manage multi-year, multimillion-dollar grantmaking portfolio and supervise staff.
• Present strategy, progress and learning to the Board of Directors and leadership.
• Foster partnerships among grantees, employers, public agencies, and funders.
• Monitor performance using data, KPIs, and learning to adjust strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external evaluators to advance impact.
