This role translates social-impact goals into business terms for employers and partners, with a focus on economic mobility for youth facing adversity. Reporting to the Youth Initiatives Director, the SPO will guide strategy, manage a multi-year portfolio over $30 million annually, and lead a small team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in workforce development or philanthropy.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience engaging employers and labor-market partners.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year, multimillion-dollar portfolios.
• Strong people management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable grants and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of an integrated Youth strategy across geographies.
• Manage a multi-year grantmaking portfolio and monitor performance.
• Stay current on youth economic mobility trends and translate insights into strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Present strategy, progress, and risks to leadership and Board.
