Job summary

Conrad N. Hilton Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer, Youth Initiatives, to lead workforce development and private-sector engagement across multiple geographies. You will shape grantmaking, build employer partnerships, and drive outcomes in education-to-career pathways, housing stability, and well-being.

You will manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio, oversee staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact for economically mobile youth in the United States and beyond.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing or managing workforce development, employer engagement, or youth development initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate social-impact goals into employer value and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the integrated Youth strategy in Atlanta and New Orleans and oversee portfolio priorities.
• Manage a multi-year grantmaking portfolio and monitor grantee performance.
• Collaborate with SLED and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action.
• Represent the Foundation in meetings, convenings, and external forums.
