Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 3 years.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements analysis, alternatives, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and value modeling for cryptologic and cybersecurity systems.
• Develop CONOPs, system architectures, ICDs, and technical documentation.
• Lead integration, testing, and evaluation of prototypes and systems per NSA standards.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
• Develop XML schemas, metadata models, and data element dictionaries for mission systems.
• Integrate specialty engineering disciplines into development processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate knowledge transfer initiatives.
